Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large event, we offer a variety of spaces tailored to fit your needs. Residence Hall Spaces

Involve@State is MSU’s engagement portal, connecting students to co-curricular opportunities and helping RSOs manage operations like rosters, event requests, and registrations. 

The MSU Union

The MSU Union proudly supports Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) by offering accessible and affordable spaces to foster collaboration, creativity, and connection. Our team is here to assist you in planning meetings and special events at exclusive student rates.

Complimentary Meeting Rooms
RSOs have access to the following rooms free of charge during designated time slots:

  • Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Classroom 50, and Tower Meeting Rooms
    • Monday–Friday: 5:30–7 p.m. | 7:30–9 p.m. | 9:30–11 p.m.
    • Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m.–2 p.m. | 3–6 p.m. | 7–10 p.m.
  • RSOs may reserve one free time frame every seven days.
  • Rental fees apply for meetings outside these time frames.
