Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large event, we offer a variety of spaces tailored to fit your needs. Residence Hall Spaces
Registered student organizations work with the University Conference Services team to book evening and weekend space in the residence halls. Please complete the Request for Information form and our team will review your request.
The MSU Union
The MSU Union proudly supports Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) by offering accessible and affordable spaces to foster collaboration, creativity, and connection. Our team is here to assist you in planning meetings and special events at exclusive student rates.
Complimentary Meeting Rooms
RSOs have access to the following rooms free of charge during designated time slots:
- Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Classroom 50, and Tower Meeting Rooms
- Monday–Friday: 5:30–7 p.m. | 7:30–9 p.m. | 9:30–11 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m.–2 p.m. | 3–6 p.m. | 7–10 p.m.
- RSOs may reserve one free time frame every seven days.
- Rental fees apply for meetings outside these time frames.
